Important information:
High season is from 15 of Dicember till 15 of March, during extended weekends and Chilean holidays.
Half-board
Suizandina also offers half-board (overnight stay, breakfast and dinner).
If you reserve half-board beforehand, you will get an extra price for dinner for 8.500 per adult and 5.800 per child (4–12 years) instead of 9.500 / 7.000 CLP.
Breakfast
Guests who stay at the cabin and in the camping can have breakfast at the restaurant for 5.000 CLP per adult and 3.500 CLP per child. Please, make a reservation the day before!
Discounts
Discounts can't be cumulated and are only appliable paying in cash or with checks in Chilean pesos.
Discounts are not valid for camping, dormitory, restaurant and other services.
Discounts are only appliable for accomodation.
19% taxes off for foreigners living outside Chile
Foreigners who live outside Chile and pay their accomodation cash in USD, EUR or CHF get 19% taxes off of their accomodation.
Discount for paying cash in CLP
Guests who pay their accomodation cash or with a check in Chilean pesos get a discount of 5%.
Terms and condition
1. All reservation must be made by e-mail.
2. All offers valid 2 days.
3. Once you take the offer, you have 2 days to make a down payment of 80% of the total amount of your stay.
4. You have to pay the amount we communicate.
The down payment can be realized by depositing on our bank account or by credit card.
5. The reservation is only definitive, after we confirmed it.
6. All cancellations must be made by e-mail.
7. Cancellation and devolution policies:
If you cancel a reservation 10 or more days prior to arrival, 100% of the down payment will be refunded.
If you cancel a reservation 9 - 4 days prior to arrival, 50% of the down payment will be refunded.
There will be no refund for cancellations made 3 - 0 days prior to your arrival date, regardless whether these are personal reasons, vis major or climatic conditions.
8. If a reserved stay must be ended earlier than expected, we charge all the booked dates and services.
9. Discounts:
One only gets a discount if paying cash or with Chilean checks.
We only give discounts on accommodation and not for restaurant or any other service.
Discounts can not be added.
10. By making the down payment, you accept the above mentionned terms and conditions.
